Teal Bobbin Lacquer Salt & Pepper Mill

Part of our Autumn Collection, this Addison Ross exclusive design gives tables a bold and sophisticated touch with its rich turquoise color. The iconic bobbin form comes with S- and P-marked stainless steel screw knobs so you can use the mill as either a salt or a pepper grinder. The body, made of rubberwood from sustainable sources, is coated with eight layers of high-gloss varnish, each layer hand-polished to achieve a flawless surface. The product has been independently tested and is fully compliant with EU food-contact legislation (Directive 84/500/EEC and 2005/31/EC). The ceramic grinding mechanism works with a simple clockwise turning motion and should be used only with black pepper or dry rock salt of up to 4 mm. Use with sea salt, wet salt, dried wet salt or pink peppercorns is not recommended. The more tightly the grinding adjustment knob is screwed, the finer the grind; it should not be overtightened so as not to damage the ceramic mechanism. Avoid exposing the product to direct sunlight for long periods. Use a soft, slightly damp cloth for cleaning; do not immerse in water. Presented in an elegant gift box.
